the fine print, in plain words.

Affiliate terms

These terms apply if you join the SizeOps affiliate program. They come on top of our Terms and Privacy page. Questions: support@sizeops.com.

1. Joining

  • You need a SizeOps account with a confirmed email, and you must be 18 or older.
  • You apply from your account on our affiliates page; we approve or reject each application. We may pause new applications, or take them by invitation only, at any time. If we reject an application, you can apply again after 90 days.
  • You must not live in a country or region listed in section 2 (Where you live). You tell us where you live, and you keep it up to date.
  • You act on your own account, as an independent partner. You're not our employee or agent and can't speak for SizeOps.

2. Where you live

You can't be an affiliate if you live in:

  • a sanctioned country or region: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, Crimea, Donetsk or Luhansk;
  • a country where crypto is illegal (we pay affiliates in USDT only): Afghanistan, Algeria, Egypt, Bangladesh, Bolivia, Burundi, Cameroon, Chad, China, the Republic of the Congo, Ethiopia, Gabon, Iraq, Lesotho, Libya, North Macedonia, Morocco, Myanmar, Nepal, Qatar, Sierra Leone or Tunisia.

If you move to one of them, tell us right away. If you give us false information about where you live, we end your affiliate account and your unpaid balance is forfeited.

  • You choose your codes (4–16 letters or numbers) and we approve each one. A code may not use SizeOps' name or look like it's from us, may not use another company's brand or trademark, and may not promise anything (for example “FREE” or “PROFIT”).
  • Your link (sizeops.com/r/YOURCODE) fills your code in at checkout for 30 days, for visitors who accept marketing cookies. A code the buyer types always works.
  • A code works only on a customer's first purchase, as our Terms say: not for anyone who has paid us before, even a payment refunded later (a free trial isn't a purchase). The discount applies to the first 6 payments of a monthly plan, or the first payment of a yearly plan. One code per checkout. A code the buyer types replaces one a link filled in.
  • Only live codes work. A code that's retired or rejected gives no new discount and earns nothing, also on later payments of customers who used it. A discount a customer already has keeps running. A code is never given to anyone else, even after it's retired or rejected.
  • You can retire any of your codes yourself, at any time. It stops working right away and can't be used again. Customers who used it keep a discount they already have, but no longer earn you commission.

4. What you earn

  • Your buyer gets 10% off (or the discount we agreed with you), as section 3 says. You earn a commission on every payment the same customer makes in the 12 months from their first payment with your code: that payment, plan renewals and the extra they pay when they change to a bigger plan. Payments after the first 6 monthly payments, or after the first yearly payment, have no discount but still earn. A yearly plan's renewal, 12 months after that first payment, falls outside the 12 months and doesn't earn.
  • The commission is a share of what the customer paid after discounts, without tax, in US dollars, rounded to the cent.
  • Your rate depends on your referred sales in each calendar month (UTC), after discounts and without tax, minus refunds and chargebacks: Starter 20%; Pro 25% from $500; Elite 30% from $1,500. The tier you reach counts for the whole month.
  • Each commission is paid at 20% when it becomes Ready. If the month reaches Pro or Elite, the difference comes as a separate tier bonus once all of that month's commissions have cleared their hold.
  • We may agree a fixed rate with you instead of the tiers. It applies to orders from the day it's set.
  • One level only: you earn on customers who buy with your own codes or links, never on the sales or earnings of affiliates you bring to the program.
  • No commission on: your own purchases (your account, your email, your payment details, or other signs that you bought through your own code), licenses we give away for free, and payments refunded or charged back during the hold.

5. Hold, refunds and chargebacks

  • Each commission waits 30 days after the payment (Pending), then becomes Ready. A purchase in a payment dispute waits until the dispute is over. A commission we need to check (for example a possible self-referral) waits until we've checked it.
  • If a payment is refunded or charged back during the hold, its commission is cancelled.
  • If it happens after the commission was Ready or paid, we take the commission back (with its share of a tier bonus already paid) as a negative line on your balance. It comes out of your next commissions. We never ask you to pay it back in money. Card dispute fees are never passed on to you.
  • Partial refunds are handled case by case; we tell you the result on your balance as an adjustment.

6. Payouts

  • We pay in USDT on the Tron network (TRC-20) only, from $100 Ready, at 1 USDT for every 1 US dollar you're owed. We pay the network fee.
  • Requests made by the end of the 25th of a month (UTC) are sent on the 1st of the next month, or within 3 business days after it; later requests on the 1st of the month after (or within 3 business days after it). Until the end of the 25th you can add newly Ready money to your request, change its address or cancel it; after that it's locked.
  • A new payout address must be confirmed through the link we email you (and your two-step login code, if it's on), and can be used 48 hours later. We email you whenever an address is added.
  • Check your address. Crypto payments can't be reversed. If you give a wrong address, or one on another network, the payment is lost and we can't pay it again.
  • Your first payout request asks for your legal name and the country you live in, for our records. Your first payout, and any payout over $1,000, is checked by hand before we send it.
  • Taxes on what you earn are yours. Please check the rules where you live.

7. How you may promote SizeOps

  • Disclosure. Mark every post, video or message with your code or link clearly as an ad or an affiliate link, as the law where you and your audience are requires.
  • Be honest: no promises of profits or results, no fake reviews, nothing that says SizeOps gives trading advice or signals.
  • Paid search ads. On general keywords only. “SizeOps” may not appear in your ad's text or in its web address (shown or linked).
  • No brand bidding. Don't bid on “SizeOps”, “sizeops.com” or misspellings of them, on any ad network, and don't run ads that look like they're from us.
  • Social media. No fake SizeOps pages, profiles or handles, no spam comments or direct messages, and no claims of profits or trading results.
  • Coupons. Your codes are for your own audience. Don't post them on coupon or deal sites.
  • Not allowed: spam (unsolicited messages, bought lists, posting where it isn't welcome), cookie stuffing, buying through your own code, paid or fake clicks, bots or other automated traffic, and posing as SizeOps or as speaking for us. Using any of these is fraud under section 8: we end your membership and your unpaid balance is forfeited.
  • Use our logos and words only as we provide them in the media kit, and don't change them.

8. Pausing and ending

  • We may pause the program or your membership. While paused, codes give no new discount and earn no commission on any payment made during the pause, renewals included; your balance and payouts go on.
  • You can stop at any time; we may end your membership too. When it ends, your codes stop working, no later payment earns you commission (renewals included), and your remaining balance is still paid out as usual.
  • If you break these terms through fraud (for example self-referrals, fake orders, or misleading promotion), we end your membership and your unpaid balance is forfeited.
  • If you delete your SizeOps account, request your Ready balance first: deleting the account forfeits what's left.

9. Changes

We may change these terms or the rates. We email you at least 14 days before a change applies; new rates apply to orders from the change date.

10. Our responsibility

As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility to you is limited to the commissions owed to you. Nothing in these terms takes away rights the law gives you and that can't be taken away.
