Refund policy

Try SizeOps free for 7 days before you pay. The trial is the full program, on your own trading account, so you know what you get. No card is needed, and nothing is charged when it ends.

Monthly and yearly plans: cancel any time and you won't be charged again. We don't refund the period you're in.

This Refund policy is part of our Terms.

Your 14-day right to cancel

SizeOps is digital content you get right after payment. At checkout you tick that you agree to the Terms and get instant access, and for a plan, that it renews until you cancel. Once you have access, you lose your 14-day right to cancel. We keep the words you ticked and when with your order.

Cancelling a monthly or yearly plan

You can cancel any time in your account on this website. Your license keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for, then it pauses, and you won't be charged again. We don't refund the rest of the month or year you're in, unless the law requires it. Moving to a smaller plan doesn't give a refund or credit for days already paid (see the Terms, Monthly and yearly plans).

If a payment fails

A failed renewal payment doesn't end your plan straight away. We try again for up to 2 weeks while your license keeps working. If it still isn't paid, your license pauses until you pay. Nothing is lost: your key, trading accounts and settings stay. A plan paid each time has nothing to renew: if you don't pay by the end, it keeps working for 2 more weeks, then it pauses until you pay.

If something's wrong

If SizeOps doesn't work as described, write to support@sizeops.com from the email address you paid with, with your order number.

If we refund a payment

If we refund a payment, we refund all of it, and everything it paid for ends (both platforms, if it paid for both). A refunded plan is cancelled at once. Other products you own, and your key, aren't affected.

Crypto refunds

If we ever refund a crypto payment, we send the US dollar price in USDT (never the coin you paid with), minus the network fee, to the address and network you give us.

Chargebacks

While a card dispute is open, the product the payment was for is paused. If the dispute is decided in our favour, it works again. If the money goes back to the buyer, it ends.

The rules in force when a payment is made apply to that payment.
