No. You pay for seats, not for accounts. Got a new account number, a new broker or a fresh demo? Switch your seat to it on your dashboard (you get +1 switch a week). Only pay more if you want more accounts running at the same time: add a seat and the price updates as you pick.

Each MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5 login, or each NinjaTrader 8 account, demo or live. Your 7-day trial is the best way to test on a demo.

Yes. MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 and NinjaTrader 8 each have their own free 7-day trial on one trading account: the first one that connects with your key. No card. Your 7 days start when SizeOps first connects with your trading account.
